- We aim to despatch all orders within 5 days if not sooner but we would recommend to allow 7 working days for UK deliveries and up to 21 days for international deliveries.
- Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class in the UK and Royal Mail International Airmail internationally. If appropriate we may upgrade to recorded or special delivery but there will be no charge for this service.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will endeavour to replace any item that is deemed faulty due to a printing error or incorrect colour, wording, font or graphic.
Due to the nature of our items, and in conjunction with the Distant Selling Regulations, we can not accept returns for items that are no longer required, as each of our products is custom made to your specification. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments can be made using credit/debit cards powered by NoChex, PayPal and Google Checkout. All payments are conducted on the payment provider's secure websites using the latest secure socket layer encryption. At certain times, we may offer certain promotions. Details of any promotions will be placed on the home page of the site and will be emailed to subscribers of the newsletters. They will be valid for a given period of time.

- To view any current or previous orders, simply login to your account and click on the 'My Account' link and then on the 'My Orders' section link. All information can be accessed there.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information such as username, email address, password, billing and delivery addresses, simply login and click on the 'My Account' link and then on the 'Account Information' section link or the 'Address Book' section link. All information can be accessed there.
